JEET KUNE DO: The English translation is "The Way of the Intercepting Fist".
Jeet Kune Do is the simplest, honest expression of the Truth through physical movement... As Sifu Poteet puts it, "Philosophy in Motion."
The techniques are direct and to the point, and the training is one of daily decrease as opposed to mass accumulation.
Jeet Kune Do does encompass all ways, but is bound to none. Jeet Kune Do fits into all things, but not all things fit into Jeet Kune Do. The understanding of this will lead to having "no way as way, no limitation as limitation."
