Although few have been trained and awarded the Full Instructor Certification by world renowned JKD authority Jerry Poteet, Sifu Barry holds this title with honor and dedication. Sifu Barry shares his knowledge to train a New Generation in order to perpetuate and preserve Bruce Lee's art and philosophy of Jeet Kune Do.
After years of intense training, Sifu Barry was awarded the Full Instructor Certification in Jerry Poteet's personal training studio in Los Angeles, California.

Recently, Barry has taken his skills to the cage, utilizing Jeet Kune Do in Mixed Martial Arts competition. Fighting out of Chicago, he has fought for Total Fight Challenge holding a 2-1 record.
